The signal went out every time the wind blew. Perhaps the kid shuts all your services down to protect you …. I do have those channels and these issues just started with this new app release.
Other live sports and news is limited. Again consistent with your advice, the beta and newer app cannot co-exist well on the same device. I do appreciate the small description of the shows. None of the problems above, great channel selection, we get our correct locals and its less expensive to boot. I have had no trouble using the app while traveling. If you enjoy planning on watching a football game only to find a blank screen, give these people your money, they are the best in the business at presenting blank screens, bar-none! Why , all of a sudden, does the guide on my television no longer list the descriptions of the channels I have available? I kept asking for a refund and this multi million dollar company states they can not refund me my couple hundred dollars. The number and ticket were of absolutely no value except wasting time. If that does not work, restarting the Roku mobile app or the mobile device itself should be tried. They even called me about after chatting three consecutive days. I am a real life cord cutter.
